Reporting an error in a review
Software pricing and features change constantly, and we would rather be corrected than be wrong. If a price, plan name, trial length or feature on our site no longer matches the vendor’s official page, send us the URL of the page in question along with a link to the official source. We verify and update corrections quickly, and we note the revision date on the affected page.
Requesting a review
We choose products based on reader demand and on whether we can test them properly on a normal paid account. If there is a tool you want covered, tell us what you would use it for and what alternatives you are weighing it against — that context helps us write something genuinely useful rather than another feature list.
Vendors and PR
We are happy to hear from the companies we cover, particularly about factual corrections. To be clear about what we do not do: we do not accept payment for a positive score, we do not send drafts for approval before publication, and we do not remove criticism in exchange for a commercial relationship. Editorial decisions stay with our team.
